As such, anything contained herein is superseded by any such Government laws, if anything contained herein is contrary to the same.

1. Your order constitutes a request for the services specified in your order. Please note that the Order Confirmation Email serves as acknowledgment of receipt and does not confirm acceptance of your offer for the requested services.

3. We cannot ensure availability of identical services in the event that those displayed on the website are fully booked.

4. Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of services from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes/VAT/GST/Cess, etc. levied thereon.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
